Monthly Challenge:  February’s challenge is to make a loaf of gluten-free yeast bread.  I know, it can be challenging, but I bet you can do it.  I’ll be highlighting bread recipes starting next week.

Thanks for showcasing my fried chicken recipe and for hosting the party every week.

Hi Linda,

I linked up my adoption of Zoe from Z's Cup of Tea where I used her chocolate cookies to make oven s'mores. :-)

That roast looks delish! I'm still contemplating the yeast bread. Not something I've done before, but I was given some yeast so I could experiment. ;-)

Hugs,
Shirley

That looks tasty! I love curry flavors! Thanks for hosting this party every week. I get such great ideas from it.

I don't know why, but it double posted my Roasted Chicken. If you could remove one, that'd be great.

I hooked up my Udi's copycat recipe. Its full of starch and not very healthy but if you really miss soft white bread, this is the recipe that will soothe that craving! Thanks for hosting.

I just posted my bread recipe, Amsuka's Teff Bread, and am already inspired by the other entries! I have linked back to your site happily, as requested! Thanks Linda for a great site.

Have you tried the Chia seed flour? It's like wheat flour, but gluten-free, its flavor is completely normal. You can substitute regular flour in recipes like cake, cookies or muffing. I used this product and recommend it 100%, my kids love cookies and brownies. This is a very good product for the whole family. There are many articles on You Tube for preparing all kinds of recipes (Nuchia Food) is an excellent product that offers Nuchia Foods. www.nuchiafoods.com

Sorry, we try to avoid yeast here too :(

I linked up my corn-free polenta this week. Great for breakfast or for a side dish.

I'm linking my adoption of Nancy at The Sensitive Pantry and her delicious risotto recipes. May I just say, 'Yea for you!' That's for trying curry and getting out of your comfort zone.

Hi Linda- Happy Wednesday!
I am sharing my recipe for Raspberry Curd that is made with either fresh or frozen raspberries. It is so good and really easy!
Thanks for hosting!

Hi Linda,

Thanks.

Linda, I'm really looking forward to seeing the breads that are posted here this month!

Today I've entered a Bean Salad with Dijon Dressing (GFCF). It can be served as is, or over a bed of lettuce -- something healthy to focus on instead of all the Valentine goodies I keep seeing ;-)

Hello Linda!

I just added my gluten free light brown teff breads; thanks for hosting these lovely gf round ups, every Wednesday!!

Kisses from Brussels to you!
