I subscribe to your emails and love them! I have learned so much from you, and I want to thank you so much. I would love to win one of the copies of The Gluten Effect, as it sounds very informative.
Since I had a biopsy 10 years ago which was positive for celiac disease, I've been gluten-free. At that point, I had spent several years learning how to cook for my mother-in-law, who was diagnosed with celiac disease while in her 80s, after a lifetime of intestinal problems for which no doctor had an answer until 1995. I'd love to read this book you describe.
I have been subscribing to your blog for about a month, and I have not only learned alot, but I really enjoy the recipes and community. I sufferred for years before I was diagnosed with Celiac.
I am doing my first gluten free webinar and would love to be able to share some of the info in the book..

I am just learning about celiac disease, since my 2 yr old has recently been diagnosed. I would love more information!Thank you!
I was diasgnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroditis in July and have been suffering with Fibromyalgia for 4 years. I was told I definately needed to stay away fron Gluten. I am feeling better already!
We eat gluten free because I'm pretty sure we have Celiac. I am at the moment not gluten free in order to get the test done to see if that is truely what it is...I'm VERY sick, so pretty sure because I wasn't sick while on the gf diet.

Hi, just 'liked' you on facebook, glad to see you there with bits about supper and what you are having. Great suggestions for me to follow when I have no idea what I am having.
Both my daughters are gluten intolorant. Gluten has caused weight gain for both of them and joint pain for one. The more I can learn about the effects of gluten the better. Thanks for the info you share.

I eat gluten free because I have probable Celiac Disease. Probable because my blood test was negative and I have chosen to not have the biopsy. However, from other blood tests and stool analysis it was obvious that I had a severe malabsorption problem (even though severely overweight and continuously gaining). Going gluten free a year ago has solved many problems for me but it's still a work in progress.

It's Friday night, so it must be Gluten Free Homemaker Pizza crust recipe night. I have been making your recipe almost every Friday night for months. My whole family really enjoys it. I have been gluten free since Oct 10, 2008 when I went into anaphlaxis shock. My family went gf when my youngest stomache problems were making him almost pass out from pain the first part of this year. It's amazing the changes you make for your family when it comes to one of your children. I made do when it was just me. My baby, his pain changed our whole lives and how I look at food and cooking/baking.
I don't eat totally gluten-free (although I probably should). I haven't been diagnosed with celiac or anything like that. I have just found that I feel better if I don't eat as much gluten.
I just got some blood work back suggesting that I have celiac disease. testing the waters of going gluten free! this book would help for sure!
I am gluten intolerant and have been eating gluten free for six months. I am still researching the topic to learn all I can!
I am a subscriber to FB, Twitter and emails. I was diagnosed celiac 7 years ago. My husband, son, sister her 2 kids and my best friend all have celiac also.

I'm gluten free because I had undiagnosed stomach problems for years. I feel a lot better after going gluten free. I also have an autistic daughter who is gluten free with me. :)

I already follow you on twitter and get email updates from your blog! I chose to go gluten-free almost a year ago due to a lifelong battle with stomach problems. I've been tested for just about everything, including Crohn's and Celiac, and the tests always came back negative. Tired of the endless tests and no results, I decided to get rid of the gluten, and it's helped so much. After only a month I'd already felt a difference. I still have a few problems here and there, but for the most part, it's smooth sailing. It's given me so much freedom, and awakened a new passion for cooking and baking, gf of course!
I am gluten free because gluten intolerance runs in my family. My grandmother, father, daughter, two nieces and my self all have it.
I follow you on facebook. Thank you sooo much for having a blog/fb to follow on.

I have been battling hormone and other problems, like unexplained weight gain by a large amount and looking like i was puffy or swollen and drs could not help me out, they had no answers except, anti depressents and told me to eat a better diet, which i said no to (drugs) and I already ate a healthy diet, they just did n't believe me... I then got preganat which was a blessing from God because with the hormone problems they said i might never get pregnant.. Went thru a "normal" pregnancy and had my son and then spent 8 days in the NICU, a whirl wind experience, found out he had Down syndrome and was going to need open heart surgery...kept trying to loose wt and finally a dr suggested a gluten free/dairy frr diet and Poof, I followed it to a T and i have lost 40 pounds and feel great! All my hormones have balanced out and my tummy is healthy! I keep my son on GF diet as well, since doing research and reading it will help with his development! I would love to read this book and be able to pass it along to help someone else! I have hared my story to many and few have gone gluten free/dairy free and feel great to and our on a wt loss journey too! Thank you for this opportunity!

My husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease 6 weeks ago. I've been doing alot of reading and revamping his diet. I'd love to win this, another great book to read, thanks! ;)
I became gluten free once I was diagnosed with celiac disease. At 12 years old the doctor sent me for a blood test to make sure I was healthy as I was a little short and underweightl... the results = celiac disease. Then I realized that those stomachaches (especially after mac and cheese) weren't a normal thing that everyone has... and that explains why I look back at pics now and see how pale I was...
Thanks for your emails... I always enjoy reading your advice and trying some of your recipes. They help a lot!
