Gluten-Free Wednesdays 4/28/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays

Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! This is the last week of April which means that next week will be the quiche round up and a new challenge.  Remember, only the first week of the month has a theme, but it’s okay if you don’t follow the theme.

Last week we had a great assortment of recipes.  Thank you to everyone who participated.   A couple I can’t wait to try are:

Hot Ham Sandwitches from
Firebear @ Home Spun Magic
and
Pork Stuffed Zucchini from
Diane @ The W.H.O.L.E. Gang

My submission this week is quite delicious:

Vegetable Lasagna

Linda, I am excited to see all the quiches. I love quiche and could use new ideas.

Linda--Your lasagna looks fabulous! I love a good lasagna. :-)

I've linked up my review of the Posana Cafe in Asheville, NC. Its food is 100% gluten free and it's an awesome place to dine. :-)

That lasagna looks delicious! I can't wait to try it!

I'm taking a GF cooking class at a 5-star restaurant in Tulsa, OK. The chef gave me permission to blog about the class and share his recipes. The classes are once a month and he gives us four recipes each time. I'll be linking another 5* recipe each week. Hope everyone likes them.
