Gluten-Free Wednesdays 4/14/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays

If you are on a gluten-free diet, you might struggle with deciding what to cook or eat.  The purpose of this carnival is to give you ideas.  If you have a gluten-free recipe, review, or other eating idea, please add your link below.   Don’t forget to visit some of the other links and leave a comment.

March Carnival Review:
Each month, I compile a review of all the links from the previous month.  If you haven’t seen it yet, the March review, has lots of great recipes.

April Challenge: At the beginning of each month, I propose a gluten-free cooking or baking challenge.  This month it is quiche.  Work on creating a quiche now and add your link here on May 5th.

Muffin Challenge:  Last week people linked up their muffin recipes from March’s challenge.  Be sure to take a look if you didn’t see them all.  You’ll also find some great muffin recipes in the March Review.

My submission to this week’s carnival is:

  Tetrazzini%20on%20plate_thumb%5B3%5D[1]

Chicken Tetrazzini with Broccoli

Please read the carnival guidelines if this is your first time participating, or if you haven’t read them before.

If you don't see Mr. Linky or are having trouble with it, try again a little later.  Unfortunately, it's out of my control.

Hi, I am new to your blog but it's a great space and you have a wealth of good info and great recipes

I reinvented an old classic, making it gluten free, of course, but also a bit healthier. Readers/fellow bloggers have already been making their own versions, too.

I'm looking forward to the quiche challenge. I just made a variation of quiche lorraine last night. ;-)

I haven't made my quiche yet, but am planning on it next weekend I think! My in-laws will be in town and quiche is something I know they both would love :)

Greetings Everyone...I love Wednesdays! I made Tatter Tot Casserole this week. I looked to find other recipes, but they were a lot different then this one. I hope this helps someone else. (It is fairly easy on the wallet too)
The Chicken Tetrazzini with Broccoli looks very good. Will have to put that on my list of must trys...

Live Laugh and Enjoy!

Hi, I tried putting in my link but it didn't seem to work or something. I just put it in again. This is my first time doing this. I made gluten-free carrot muffins that, with a little frosting, could also be cupcakes.

I hope I can make the quiche challenge!

Mmmm, homemade beef stock! I hate the box/carton kind. I'll definitely be trying this when school is done in a few weeks!
