Guest Post at Good & Cheap Eats

I just thought I would let you all know that today I have a guest post at Good (& CHEAP) Eats. My friend Jessica is doing a Build a Frugal Pantry series which started off this week with the theme of flours.  She kindly invited me to do a post on gluten-free flours, even though she does not cook or eat gluten free.  I'm looking forward to next week which will be about whole grains.

Great post! Lots of good info. I've been thinking a long time about buying a mill. My parents used to make their own wheat flour for baking bread when I was a kid.
I've been trying to decide between the ease of an electric mill and the flexibility of a hand grinder (which would be great in emergency situations). I'd get both, but worry about the cost. Maybe someday :)

Very cool info in your guest post, I found it very useful!

One day, when I'm not a student, I hope I can have a mill. Seems like a great investment!

Really enjoyed your post :) What brand of flour mill do you recommend for the GF? Thanks!

Iowa Mom ~ I use the Whisper Mill which is now called the Wonder Mill. I don't have experience with any others, but I have been happy with what I have. You can see it in this post:

Great post

That's so neat that you did a guest post, Linda. I read it and thought it was very helpful!
