Lots of good info. I've been think...Great post! Lots of good info. I've been thinking a long time about buying a mill. My parents used to make their own wheat flour for baking bread when I was a kid. <br />I've been trying to decide between the ease of an electric mill and the flexibility of a hand grinder (which would be great in emergency situations).
