Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Link
The Seattle Times article, Recipe: Gluten-Free Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies gives a recipe from a new book “Easy Gluten-Free Baking” by Elizabeth Barbone. I like her idea of making two logs from the dough, freezing them, and using them for slice and bake cookies.
I haven’t tried the recipe myself, but I thought some of you might be interested in it. If you give it a try, let me know how the cookies turn out.

Gluten-Free Baked Goods in Chicago
Here is a video clip and article from Chicago's abc 7 News. It briefly explains celiac disease and interviews Lisa Albertson from Deerfield Bakery. Even if you don't live in the Chicago area (like me) you might be interested in the two recipes that are given: Amazing Chocolate Pecan Pie and Gluten-Free Mushroom Leek Stuffing.

Gluten-Free Recipe Links
I came across some good gluten-free recipes at Sheknows.com and thought some of you would be interested.
Macaroni & Cheese - I haven't tried this recipe, but it took delicious.
French Bread - This egg-free recipe is by Carol Fenster. I have tried a similar recipe of hers, and it's great. My family loves it!
There are links to more gluten-free recipes at the bottom of those pages. If you try any, let me know how they turn out.
