Gluten-Free Wednesdays 12/8/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays2

Welcome back to Gluten-Free Wednesdays!  I hope you will add a link to your gluten-free eating idea and visit some other links.  If you receive my posts by email or a RSS feed reader, please click over to view the links, and remember more are added throughout the day.

Monthly Challenge:  December’s challenge is on.  If you haven’t read it yet, I’m challenging you to make a gluten-free cookie.

Last Week’s Highlights: You didn’t know what the challenge was when you linked up last week, but a couple of you got lucky with cookie links. Please note that I will not highlight links that do not link back.  Technically, I should delete them from the linky round up, and I sometimes do.  Linking back is common blog carnival courtesy.

Two Cookies, One Dough from Sugar & Spice
Guest Post:  I have several guest posts lined up for December.  This week Alea shared her Brown Rice Syrup Toffee.

My Submission:  My family really enjoyed this dinner last week, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.

The Carnival:  If you’re new, please read the guidelines.  As I mentioned above, you need to leave a link back.  Failure to do so could mean that your submission gets deleted.  Thanks for participating!

Finally got a recipe posted. It's been such a busy year, I haven't had as much time as I'd like to post.

Thank you for mentioning my Cappuccino Thins Cookies!
Today I linked to my Pork and Pumpkin Soup recipe. I think anyone that enjoys Southwest flavors will love this soup!
I have been making cookies all of this week and will be posting lots more GF cookie recipes soon!
Enjoy!

Hi Linda--I'm linking my Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger post of Stephanie at Wasabimon. We have been eating well at my house while trying out her recipes.

I'm late to the fun party today, but to meet the Make A Cookie Challenge I've linked up my new creation, Flourless Pecan Sandies. :-) The roundup looks great as usual, and the links and pics in your post look fantastic ... Alea's toffee--oh, my ... yes, please!

Hugs,
Shirley

I just had to answer the call for cookies! Here's my gingerbread cookie recipe. We used it to make a great house too! Thanks Linda.
