Gluten-Free Wednesdays 9/22/10
Cookbook Giveaways:
If you haven’t yet done so, you can still enter to win a copy of Cooking for Isaiah, but the giveaway ends Wednesday night. Also, be on the look out for my review of Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef as well as a chance to win a copy of the book.
Last Week’s Highlights:
There is still time to enter recipes for this month’s pancake or waffle challenge. Just link them up to Gluten-Free Wednesdays any week this month. Last week we had two great looking waffle recipes.
Banana Waffles from Lynn’s Recipe Adventures
Pumpkin Pie Waffles from Cook It Allergy Free
This Week:
The picture linky seemed to be a hit, so I will continue with using it. Let me know if you are having any problems. My submission this week is a slow cooker recipe:
Herbed Chicken and Vegetables
Please remember to read the carnival guidelines if you haven’t already. I am taking time on Wednesday and Thursday mornings to visit and stumble the links (morning seems to be the best time for stumbling). I appreciate everyone’s participation and I look forward to seeing what you link up this week!

Linda, thank you so so much for sharing my Pumpkin Pie waffles this week! ;o)
THis week I am linking up my Pumpkin Streusel bread, but I swear this is my last pumpkin recipe for a little bit!

Sharing my canning adventures this week with links to canning resources and local foods publications. A great way to avoid gluten. Time to get out that slow cooker and try your Herbed Chicken and Veggies.
Everything is looking delicious here, as usual. Good thing I timed this visit with breakfast; otherwise, I might go astray in my eating. ;-)
Thanks so much for hosting, Linda!

Happy Wednesday Linda! :) I bring a fun raw smoothie to the table today. It is a nice refreshing treat for anytime of day :).
This is my first time participating, as I am a new blogger. I entered a recipe for a sugar free, dairy free, egg free, oatmeal cookie that tastes great.
( I did not know how to link it directly to that recipe, so you will first see my post for pickled red onions and the next is for the cookies, how do I link directly?)

I jumped in on the carnival...found you through a repost on twitter! Thanks for letting me participate..I loved looking at all of the other great submissions, please keep it up!
