Gluten-Free Wednesdays 7/27/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays2

Gluten-Free Wednesdays is a carnival of gluten-free eating ideas.  That usually means that people link up recipes, but a recipe is not required for participation.  Any post related to the gluten-free diet is welcome.  Last week we had several information links, and I thought I would highlight them here:

Tips to Avoid Gluten-Free Baking Mishaps from Kim @ Cook It Allergy Free
Review of Three E-books from Shirley @ Gluten-Free Easily
Panko Style Bread Crumbs Review from Wendy at Celiacs in the House
Gluten-Free Substitutions from Jenn Cuisine

My submission this week is:

London Broil

If this is your first time participating in the carnival, please read the guidelines.  The most important points are to link to an individual post and include a link back here in your post.  Thanks for participating!

Thanks so much for the mention! I hope my series is helpful for everyone. This week I'm sharing about my trip to Paris the other weekend and my day hanging out with another gluten free blogger, Lauren of Celiac Teen! When I got home I made some gluten free croque monsieurs (aka French version of fried ham & cheese sandwiches) to remember our fantastic weekend :)

Oh, wow, Linda, thanks so much for including my review post in your info links! The giveaway ends tonight. All three are such great e-books!

I've linked up my new Creme Brulee Ice Cream recipe, which is gluten free and egg free, and can be made dairy free (and vegan), too. C'est magnifique! ;-)

Happy Wednesday! I hope to look at all the links tonight. Always so much that's wonderful here ... thanks for hosting!

I used the last of my Kinnikinnick Panko crumbs sample for this week's recipe. Hope they get those in US stores soon. Your London Broil pic looks delicious. One of these days I'm gonna get better at cooking meat.(Or go vegetarian and give up!)

Linda this week's post is a GF Sausage, Egg & Pepper Sandwich that is out of this world! Thanks for hosting!!

Hi Linda,

Thanks for hosting, again. Since I have been busy celebrating my birthday and comforting my sick son, I haven't really made anything to link. So, I linked my post about my birthday days in Napa. A great B & B that totally catered to my gluten-free needs.

Tia

Hi Linda --
That London Broil in your post looks great! Juicy and full of flavor!

The post I shared today is about a Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Peppers -- but it seems I didn't get the link right :-( (Can I blame it on the thunderstorms that were overhead at that moment??) I hate to be such trouble, but here is how it should read --

Thanks!

The London Broil looks fantastic. It is the one cut I have trouble preparing, so I look forward to trying your recipe!
