Gluten-Free Wednesdays – Cake Challenge
This week at Gluten-Free Wednesdays we are having a round up of recipes from May’s Create a Gluten-Free Cake Challenge. However, if you didn’t make a cake, or you already linked the recipe in a previous week, that’s okay. Go ahead and add whatever link you have.
On Thursday I’ll post the challenge for June, but there is a change. I’m eliminating the round up week. Just link your challenge posts any time during the month. Then, when I do the monthly review in July, I’ll combine all the challenge links.
Last week we had a couple of cakes linked up including a Marble Cake and a Strawberry Rhubarb Cake. There were other delicious links that you should be sure to check out if you haven’t already.
My submission this week is my first dairy free cake. I made this Monday to take to a cook out and received several compliments on it. There was also a young man there who was visiting a friend. He is on a gluten-free diet and was very happy to have cake he could eat. I sent him home with a couple of pieces too.
Please remember to add a link back here, and take a minute to visit and comment on some other links. You can read all the guidelines here. Thanks for participating!

I don't have a new recipe to share, so I thought I'd share my cake decorating ideas instead. My daughter insisted on a theme of The Princess and the Frog for her birthday this year.
I linked up my Molasses Banana Bread that everyone says really should be called cake. :-) Thanks for hosting and coming up with fun challenges ... even when I only semi-participate. ;-)

I like cupcakes because I don't mess them up as often as a big ol' cake! Can't wait to see what everyone else posts!
I am loving your lemon bundt cake, it's gorgeous! I'm technically not sharing a cake, but pavlovas do make for a yummy dessert!
I'm with Heather. I didn't have a cake recipe but wanted to share an idea for decorating a birthday cake without food coloring. My family and I are challenging ourselves to spend the next 3 months without artificial food colorings, OYE! :-)
Squeaky Gourmet addition is also not a cake...I have a hard time following directions :D Ours is a wonderful cinnamon roll that has an out of this world dough recipe--I was shocked when I tried it!
