Gluten-Free Wednesdays 5/26/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays2

Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays, a carnival of gluten-free eating ideas.

Next week will be the round up of cake recipes from May’s monthly challenge. If you don't have a cake recipe, you can still participate, though.   We had several cake recipes last week including Flourless Maple Walnut Cake from Easy to Be Gluten Free and Rhubarb Lemon Bundt Cake from Celiac Teen.

I have made a couple of cakes this month thanks to the challenge.  Next week I will have a gluten and dairy free lemon bundt cake to share with you.  This week’s submission is a delicious triple layer cake.

Beautiful cake! Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make a cake by next week, but I look forward to seeing everyone's recipes!

This week my gluten free husband made a guest post on my blog, writing about breakfast quesadillas that he came up with last week - they rocked!

Your cake looks heavenly. I bet Diane's dairy-free whipped cream woud make a heavenly, alternative topping for it. :-)

I linked up party puffs. The sky's the limit with what these delights can be filled with ... sweet or savory. They are so easy to make that there's no reason one has to wait to have a party. They'd be great as an easy way to have a puff smorgasbord for cleaning out the fridge at the end of the week even. ;-)

I'm looking forward to the cake challenge next week. Not sure if I'll be participating, but I'll certainly be checking out all the recipes!

Enjoy Spicy Ginger Chicken!

That cake looks incredible!! I made GF Breakfast Casserole this week. Enjoy and thanks for hosting!

I wonder if I will make another cake next week - If I have the time, I just might! I have another cake thing this week, although it's quite different and unique, as it has a tapioca pudding base!

I am throwing a party for my sister, who is turning 70 next month and combining it with my husband's and our son's birthday too. My daughter-in-law is has Celiac disease and I want to make a gluten-free cake. This looks SSSSSOOOOOO yummy. I will definitely use it for our party. Thank you!
