What can I eat that’s gluten free?
Welcome to this weekly blog carnival of gluten free eating ideas. Please browse through the links and add your own. If this is your first time linking up, please read the guidelines here.
I’m very excited that this carnival has been growing recently, and I appreciate all of you who have participated. Since I’m now posting my recipes separately, I thought I would use this post to highlight a few links from last week. There were several breakfast recipes which you should take a look at, if you haven’t already.
First, we had TWO mouth watering recipes for pumpkin pancakes from: |
I have two submissions this week.
Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Cheese Sauce
I look forward to seeing what you post each week, and even if I don’t use your idea or recipe exactly, it often inspires me in some way.
Please remember to leave a link back here somewhere in the text of your post.

I've only just realized you are in Maryland too! Wow! I have this growing list of Maryland bloggers I love to follow. Thanks for the visit today.
When I posted this to my blog last night I didn't know your carnival was going to feature breakfast! How fun! Breakfast has been a dilemna for me. Thank you all for the ideas! Linda, I am enjoying your ebook. Thanks.
Linda, I think we all look for new ideas for breakfast. Thanks for hosting the carnival.
I just linked to my Millet Grits.

No breakfast here...unless, like me, you eat leftovers for breakfast. :) I am glad that this carnival is growing, too. It's a great source of information for those that need to eat gluten-free.
This reminds me that I need to post some breakfast dishes. My breakfast routine changes often. I eat gluten-free oats with raisins, agave nectar, and cinnamon sometimes. Sometimes I eat a baked sweet potato. Sometimes I have a Lara bar with fruit. One day this week I ate leftover gluten-free cake (shame!). If I plan ahead, I hard-boil eggs and bring one with fruit and nuts. This morning, I had a brown rice tortilla wrapped around a scrambled egg, cheese, and a squirt of Sriracha. I try to keep things interesting! :)
After I reminded everyone about your carnival on Tuesday, I still forgot to link back on Wednesday! I need someone to keep me straight. LOL Anyway, it's not breakfast, but it is timely with Thanksgiving coming up. ;-) For breakfast, I always have to have some protein, that makes a huge difference to me. After my green smoothie this morning, I think I'll have some of my leftover turkey breast. I love it cold. :-)
