What Can I Eat That’s Gluten Free?

What can I eat
Welcome to this weekly blog carnival that’s all about giving you ideas for what you can eat if you are on a gluten free diet.  Click on the links below and/or add your own.  If it’s is your first time linking up, you can read the guidelines here.

We had some new participants last week and ended up with 15 entries.  If you didn’t see them all, be sure to take a look.  You can find that post here.  Thank you to those who did participate!

I am making a slight change to how I post my idea for “What can I eat that’s gluten free?”  I’ll will now be posting my recipe on Tuesdays and linking to it in this post.  That allows me to link the recipe to other carnivals also.

My submission this week is cornmeal crust pizza.

I look forward to reading your ideas and recipes.

15 entries? Wow! Thats awesome =D.

I really miss pizza. That looks like a good alternative!

No time for cooking/baking this week, so I linked to an old post on chocolate cake since I've been craving it lately. :)

I am on the pumpkin bandwagon - and have petite pumpkin loaves with currants. They stay moist and fresh for days.

The pizza looks great! I'm also loving all the pumpkin recipes. Mine is for Anytime Veggie Fritters. They take a few steps, but are real versatile. The picture isn't the greatest b/c we cooked them on our outside grill burner, so they got a bit dark.

The pizza looks yummy! Too bad I can't eat cheese! Anyway, I have made trillions of loaves of GF bread and thrown away many of them. This is my absolute favorite. It is whole grain (something often missing in GF breads) and very good.

Some really yummy recipes here. Thanks all for sharing!

Your pizza sure looks delicious! I'm glad this is such a hoppin' place to find a gluten free recipe. :)
