I really enjoy reading each new entry you make, but this one is the icing on the (GF) cake! So much to look up, thanks.
I read all your gluten-free flour posts! It's all very good information, and something that I'm very interested in. Thanks!
After discovering that I can't tolerate gluten, wheat, or dairy any longer (oh the things we put up with as we age), I went on a hunt for a cookbook that would help me with my new eating plan. Coles had a great book called 250 Gluten-Free Favorites for under $30! What's nice about this book is that it also has recipe conversions for making things dairy, lactose, egg and white sugar free. Since paying attention to what I am now eating, I have magically dropped 30 lbs in 3 weeks and have more energy than ever before. What's more, the doughy pastey look that made me look older than my 41 years is becoming a thing of the past. Thank God for pages like yours that help us when we're stuck for something good to eat!
Tamara - That sounds like a very useful cookbook! I'm glad you're feeling better now. Thanks for the encouragement.
