If I'm using it just after milling, I pack it down a bit. Once it sits for a few hours it should be okay, though.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02221262499855798850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367606500491736318.post-72440817210231045972010-09-25T11:17:58.896-04:002010-09-25T11:17:58.896-04:00you would be proud of me Linda, I ground my own br...you would be proud of me Linda, I ground my own brown rice and millet yesterday! Ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla). It is however manufactured on equipment that also makes products containing milk. But I'm not as careful with milk as I am with gluten.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02221262499855798850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367606500491736318.post-58236628482436063162010-09-24T00:05:14.015-04:002010-09-24T00:05:14.015-04:00Which Ghiradelli chips are dairy free? I can't do sorghum, but I do love baking with millet flour. So, I'll definitely be giving that version a try soon. BTW, I was just mentioning your foccacia on my gfe Facebook page to a reader. :-)

Thanks also for the report on Spectrum. I've been reluctant to add something into my baking that I have to travel a half hour to the upscale grocery store to get, but it sounds like it's worth it for sure!

Shirleygfe--gluten free easilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08182613995248482102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367606500491736318.post-52632718990037120512010-09-20T10:39:12.366-04:002010-09-20T10:39:12.366-04:00I'm excited that you made your bread using mil...I'm excited that you made your bread using millet flour instead of sorghum with great success, Linda!
