Like yours it is mid-sized (about 9 cups) and I use it for grating vegetables and cheeses, making nut "flours" and butters, making fillings for wraps, manicotti, slicing root vegetables to make "chips", and about a million other things. It saves so much time I used to spend chopping or struggling with my stick blender!<br />It is especially useful for making raw food (I eat a completely raw meal once a week for a challenge). Ingredients can be pulsed into new concoctions and batters can be made for use in the dehydrator!Candicenoreply@blogger.com
